Now not only is Sanjay Raut, statement making waves in India, but now he is the most popular leader in Iran. A few days ago, Shri Sanjay Raut, MP, Rajya Sabha, leader of the Shiv Sena (UBT), and Editor Saamna whilst addressing a press conference in Mumbai, expressed his support for Iran against the Israeli/US aggression.
Today, Sanjay Raut visited the Iran Consulate and he said this was the first time in his life he had visited a consulate, and he only came because it was Iran. He did so because Iran had stood firm against two Nuclear powers and had shown the world its bravery and might. He commended Iran on its extraordinary bravery of its leadership, military & courage and indomitable spirit of the people.

Sanjay Raut also condemned the ongoing genocide in Gaza and said that it is leading to global criticism, mass protests and Netanyahu has destroyed the image of Israel. Association with Israel during this period, is leading to the isolation of those nations as well.
On being asked about the current situation in Iran, the Consul General stated that Iran is united more than ever before and the spirits and morale are high. Whilst Israeli people are scared & fleeing their country, the Iranian & Palestinian people are staying on their land, refusing to leave despite the overwhelming odds. This only goes to show as to which people love their land, and for whom it's a temporary matter of residence, fleeing in times of trouble when they get the first chance.
He carried on to say that their leader Ayatollah Imam Khamenei is a religious & spiritual and a man of high moral standing. Despite the death threats from Trump & Netanyahu, it has not deterred the old man of 86 yeaes in age.
Remarkably, Sanjay Rautji too said that he admires the leadership of Imam Khamenei & truly admires Iran.
Both of them agreed that India & Iran enjoy a civilisational relationship and our bonds are strong & must be made more stronger.
On the Nuclear issue, Hon'ble Mohseni Fard went on to say that it was only an excuse for toppling the Iranian government and installing a puppet regime. But both Netanyahu & Trump failed, as Iranian people came and stood with their government & their military. Within Iran, minority Jews, Parsees, Sikhs, Christians & the majority Muslims are all united. Prayers for the safety & victory of Iran were held in Gurudwaras, Fire Temples, Synagogues, Churches & Masjids.
The Iranian missile systems caused great damage with Israel and it was for the very first time that Netanyahu had got a lesson for the genocide & war crimes he's committing in Gaza. It was Israel & the US that were desperate for a ceasefire. Iran is preparing for the next phase now.
The Iran Consul General extended his invitation to Shri Sanjay Raut to visit Iran, along with other prominent Indian leaders at the earliest, which he graciously accepted.
