Mumbai BJP launches 'War Room' for BMC polls

War room to operate as command center for the next 25 days: Mumbai BJP President MLA Ameet Satam

After MVA rout in municipal council elections, UBT group must now have realised what the consequences of aligning with “Mamu” are — Mumbai BJP President MLA Ameet Satam*

Mumbai – Gearing up for the BMC polls, Mumbai BJP has launched a ‘War Room’ and an ‘Election Office’ to coordinate its election campaign. The war room was inaugurated by BJP’s national joint general secretary Shivprakash Ji, in the presence of Mumbai Suburban Guardian Minister and State Minister for Information Technology and Cultural Affairs, Advocate Ashish Shelar, and Mumbai BJP President and MLA Ameet Satam.

Subsequently, a meeting of the Mumbai BJP Election Coordination Committee was held and the Union Minister for Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal were also present for the meeting.

“The war room will handle tasks such as data crunching, feedback collection, information analysis, and monitoring. Feedback will be taken from and shared with ward-level workers who are directly engaged in the election campaign. The war room will function as the party’s command center in Mumbai until the results of the municipal elections are declared, that is, for the next 25 days,” said Mumbai BJP President and MLA Ameet Satam.

MLA Ameet Satam further stated that after the MVA’s rout in the municipal council elections, the UBT group must now have realized the consequences of aligning with “Mamu.” “Yesterday’s election results are a blessing for the BJP from the people. The people of Mumbai will elect more than 150 BJP corporators, and the Mahayuti will have its mayor in the BMC,” he added.
